Established in 2016, Harrington Diving & Marine Services is a Woman Owned Small Business Enterprise. HDMS is a fully licensed and insured commercial diving company with an excellent team of
certified divers located in New Milford, Connecticut. We make it our mission to provide underwater inspection, maintenance, rehabilitation and environmental services to residents, local municipalities and private entities in the tri-state area at cost-effective rates and quality that far exceeds client's expectations. The experience of our staff is unmatched for a small commercial diving company in this area.
